We may update or alter these Terms at any time or from time to time, by posting the revised version on the Site, although we are not undertaking or promising to do so. Your use of the Site after a revision will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms and the revisions will apply to you after the “last updated” date, which is posted at the top of this page. Therefore, you should check these terms occasionally in the event that they have changed. We assume no responsibility to you if you fail to do check for revisions to our Terms and we do not assume any liability if you take any action or refrain to take any action without first checking these Terms. No change or alteration in these rules shall be deemed in any instance or instances to be an admission that there is or ever was anything wrong with these rules.
PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products on the Site. All material and information presented by Make Scents is intended to be used for personal educational or informational purposes only. You may not sell or resell any products you purchase or otherwise receive from Make Scents.
You are responsible for your account and you must make sure to keep your password confidential. Make sure to keep your information current.
PRODUCT GUARANTEE AND PACKAGING
All of the products available on the Site are genuine designer fragrances, Make Scents is wholly independent and separate from the designer or the designer’s manufacturers, the contents are genuine product independently rebottled by Make Scents.
PURCHASE AND REFUND
- Purchase made on the Site must be paid in full before we process it
- Payment must be made within 3 (three) calendar days to Make Scents via Bank Transfer
- Unfortunately, payments which are not received after 3 (three) calendar days will be cancelled and you have to re-do your order
- Please allow 1 (one) calendar day for us to prepare your order
- There will be no delivery made during weekends and public holiday due to the schedule of delivery company
- There is no refund and/or return for items purchased and delivered by Make Scents
- You will receive email notifications when you:
- Set up an Account with Make Scents
- Place an order at the Site (invoice)
- When we received your payment
- When your order is shipped (close of order)
- Request to change your account password
